It was announced that Tokyo and urban regeneration mechanism (UR) sold off the land owned in Kitaji Ward of the wan morning moon in Tokyo Bay redevelopment area (Koto Ward) to Sumitomo Realty & Development on the 16th. The lot area is about 11 hectares, and it becomes development of the maximum scale in Tokyo Bay redevelopment area. A part of facilities is scheduled to construct a apartment and lot offered for sale and a large-scale commercial facility, etc. in 2000 households, and to open a business in January, 2015 to Sumitomo Realty & Development. Disposal price is about 41.6 billion yen.
After the capital decides the clearance of "Pallet town" land required for of the commercial facility (about 7.9 hectares) to Mori Building and Toyota Motor in October, '08, advancement proprietor's decision to a large-scale division of Tokyo Bay redevelopment area : after an interval of about two years.
